The place was clean and customer service was satisfactory. However, the food was very very oily, no wet wipes or hand washing facility, and no recycling process in place for rubbish. Once these issues improve I feel the buisness standards will be raised.

Staff were very less, there was just one person to take take of everything today. The tables weren't clean, it would be good if they cleaned after a customer uses a table. Generally, felt a slight sweet tinge in the food, maybe that's the traditional way. We loved the punjabi samosa. Pani puri was good too. There are a lot of sweets and savouries but we didn't try today. Bhel puri was okay. Good option for vegetarians but service could be improved.

The chilli paneer had a great flavour being both sweet and medium spiced. It cost £3.50 which is a fair price for the portion size. The paneer and pizza samosas lacked flavour and I prefer the ones from Shayona. The green chutney was a nice complement to the samosas.

Ordered Sev Usal and Punjabi Samosa . Sev Usal was too oily and no taste at all must be avoided.

Authentic food...lovely ambience...staff were extremely friendly...reasonable price...

I give them 5 star for taste, hygiene and service. They serve very tasty dabeli , vadapav and panipuri. I tried sugarcane juice as well. It's yummy. Staff are very kind and friendly. I don't remember them name but a guy with a glasses and a girl who's name is start from A. Both are very sweet.

We visited at the end of the day and the staff were still very welcoming and fun we had some jokes!  Vada pau was one of the best we've ever had. Kachori and Methi gota were very tasty. Buteta vada and Punjabi samosa filling tasted too similar... No complaints from us they still tasted good!  We wanted to takeaway and they heated everything up for us so we could eat in the car.  We will definitely visit again - thank you Jalaram kitchen team and front of house team!  Pallu from Richmond.

Thank you very much for the hospitality and services we received the food was fantastic, mouth watering my parents came from Africa and find the authentic test of Gujrat they ever had it, Chaat also very nice so well priced. Thank you once again and good luck.

I went with my hubby and son ordered a thali each 25 items for£10. Food was delicious.

Hopeless place..... With a menu that list more than a hundred things they only have 6-7. Staff extremely adamant even if you ask for anything Much more good  options near by Highly unrecommended
