It is chaotic and fun, but hard to actually sing. The DJ calls out the song, and whomever runs up and grabs the microphone first, gets to sing it. Be bold, and hope the regulars let you have a chance.
Not as good as it used to be.. Overpriced drinks and not very busy any more. Kareoke choice more varied which is great but also takes ages to get your song played. Staff are quite rude sometimes too seems a shame, used to be amazing there

Was quite busy and didn't have chance to sing, but ppl there was happy and free and yes looking forward to go there again
Watch it girls, the owner, tall blonde bloke, likes to smack you round the back of the head, hard, when no one's watching.twice. Not sure if he is mentally disabled in some way. I have not been back to find out.
Definitely biased because the owner is a family friend and absolute legend but this genuinely is a great karaoke bar. It is definitely a 'dive bar' but if you dare walk down the alley and enter the building you'll have a fantastic night. Great DJ and karaoke setup, lovely staff and patrons. Seems to get more and more popular every time I come as people learn this also, as it's out the way it definitely relies on word of mouth. Also takes card if you're not the type to carry cash. Opens Thursdays to Sundays, free entry on Fridays/Saturdays if you're in before around 9/10 before the bouncer gets there usually and free all night on Thursdays/Sundays I believe not 100% sure about Thursdays.
If you like plastic glasses, questionable drinks and Karaoke you will love it
Went here tonight, had to wait to enter so figured it’d be worth it but when space became available we had to pay to enter and it really wasn’t worth our time or money. The atmosphere was ok at first but the longer we stayed the more we noticed the karaoke microphones were quieter and quieter to the point you couldn’t even hear anyone singing. Our group requested 3 songs, 1 of which came on after mentioning to the DJ on several occasions after a seriously long wait and we couldn’t even hear the singing when it finally came on! Not worth the time or money!
Ruff but had a good time well funny laughing at all the people that can't sing
Spit and sawdust kind of place. Really friendly atmosphere. Pints in plastic glasses but decent beer. Glasses didn't detract from it. Great tunes and the host is tip top. We had a brilliant night in there. Just get singing.
