£38 Egg fried rice was cold Rice noodles were burnt and duck was really dry This used to be a really good Chinese but not since the people changed!!!! Bad customer service when my wife called to complain, didn't want to refund any money. Won't ever use this place again, have been disappointed to many times now.

This place is by far he best chinese in Ipswich. Everything I've had tastes fresh and cooked to perfection. Highly recommended .

Our local Chinese takeaway, always had good food and good service. No delivery option, but not bothered about that. Usually call and collect with 15-20 minutes unless very busy.
Always enjoyed good food from here and the food is always ready on time when we collect it.
Can't rate this takeaway highly enough! Since using Jade Village from a child I have always had a great experience. A meal for one or a meal for six pleasant helpful and efficient. The food has always been fresh and never leaves you needing lots of water as many Chinese takeaways do. Cant thank you and the team enough, look forward to many more meals in the future. Only advice I would dispense would be to accept card payments and currently it is cash only. I know there are many free services you can you in these modern times. Also maybe see if anyone is willing to get you up to speed with a website or a social media platform.. your dishes would look great on Instagram. Not that you need to be busier.. very busy all the time.. Thank you. Shane
Best Chinese takeaway in Ipswich. Strongly recommend the Roast duck in plum sauce. It is very busy, especially during the weekends, waits of an hour is quite normal. But the food is worth the wait. Weekdays are quiet, especially earlier in the evening.
