I accidently clicked on chicken donner instead of chicken shish. I phone the shop within 1 min to change it. They said they'd already send the order out was unable to change it! Fuming. Now I can't eat my food

Domt use this place not only was i given uncooked and red donner meat but couldnt evan get the order correct stay well clear unless you want food poisioning
Meat okay forgot the chips from our order so meat was all we got to try. We drove 20 minutes out of our way for this and they forgot to put our chips in.
Sometimes, the food from here is really good, but the problem is that it is inconsistent. On a couple of occasions the Donner meat is tough and dry, as if it's been kept for ages and reheated, I have only ever ordered chicken Donner once as it was really gristly and a bit slimy! But their burgers are always good! My advice would be, if you are ordering between 17:00 and 19:00, the food is good, but after this, it's always a let down! Also, their customer service lets them down. Although I don't think it'd intentional, the counter staffs lack of English can make them come across as rude and unhelpful
This place used to be the best now it’s just shocking.! Always something wrong with the food, from chips not cooked , dry meat, even burgers falling apart I can’t list all the problems and the size of the portions has got worse and worse like tonight my dad goes there to order a kebab and a burger and chips and they gave him the wrong kebab & added everything on the burger when all what was wanted was cheese and lettuce, just stop for 1min and listen to what people say Berts jhezz I haven’t gone there in years and I used to live round them corner I think they have lost my dad aswell now to.
Cold food missing items in food they dont check orders online never again worst place ever waste of money
First they rude to me and the lamb meat was dry and oilly also chewy lime spongy texture. got no salad with my meat .chips were cold when I left the place.never go here!they had nothing on the menu as they clean up way before the closing time got there at 11:00pm n they close at 12am
Not only was the food wrong, but the delivery man HAMMERED ON MY NEIGHBOUR'S DOOR, SWEARING AND SHOUTING AT THEM! He then called me and when I opened the door and found him, he claimed he'd been knocking on ours! But I guess he didn't realise our neighbours have a ring doorbell camera: They caught him on camera, banging on their front door shouting, swearing and screaming. I'll not have some sociopath having a meltdown and shouting at my neighbours for no reason. Never, ever ordering from here again.
