We opened in 2012,Owner/Manager John Jaap has been in the Fish and Chip business for 40yrs.
We are Passionate about serving Quality!Our Fish is always Fresh and is cooked in Our Delicious Beer Batter which is Light and Crispy.

The best fish and chips I have had for ages, the best within miles. We shared cod, haddock, the sausages also. I have tried the steak pie, but tonight fancied the fish. Couldn't recommend it any more, simply great 6 with first class service in a lovely, clean, welcoming shop/cafe/restaurant

A real gem! Visited a few weeks back when we were in the area based on TripAdvisor reviews and was not disappointed! Great food, not too greasy and excellently crispy batter!

Was ok gave me a chicken nugget instead of a piece of scampi would reccomend for a quick bite though

Just had a beautiful lunch at Jaaps catch! Google did say it wasn't open but we decided to check any way and I'm so glad we did! The lady who served us was so welcoming and helpful making us feel right at home and the food was to die for!! Highly recommend!! The place to go for proper sea side chips!
