Lovely company to work with. Very friendly, polite and professional
Bought two chisels from JRTools and paid extra 4.50 for next day delivery. The chisels are fine but only arrived after 3 days. Requested a refund of the 4.50 paid for next day delivery via the website message portal which is the only way to email them but they did not reply to the message and no refund provided. Hence very poor customer service.

“All about the money this company” Bought an expanding hose, lasted 3 weeks before it blew its end off Laura wasn’t interested in refund or replacing it. You would think being a small business owner laura would be truthful but no clearly not. Feel free to call me and we can discuss this further or reply to the email you were sent that you are clearly ignoring.
