The guys are some of the the best of the Briz, not just for their quality of work, but they treat everyone fairly and honestly. Before we knew this garage, for the same job my wife often got a much higher quote with her female Chinese accent; while me with my male Birmingham accent, I got a much cheaper quote. J & P Auto has consistently offered us honest opinion and service on our cars' maintenance, we've been using this garage for more than 6 years now, no reason to change.
