This company still hasn't completed my repair 10 months later as still waiting for parts. There has been no sense of urgency when I've called repeatedly
My car was dented by another party. Their insurer sent me to Halo. The nearest date they could do was in 3 months time. I accepted this but was surprised was such a long wait. The week the car was due to go in for repair 3 months after original accident they called me to say they were behind and the nearest date they could do was another 3 months time! Based on this I can’t rate their repair but I am rating them based on customer service and waiting time. Even when they phoned me to rearrange the date they put me on hold while they “checked availability”… surely if you are phoning a customer to rearrange their appointment you would have the diary open with a couple of options to offer to them. Putting them on hold when you’ve called them is odd customer service model. Madness
Had an accident in my car my insurance company put me through Halo they phoned me up and arranged to pick up my car and leave a courtesy car, at a time to suit me. Had car back on the Friday all repairs completed and to a very high standard. Very quick and easy ,and all done with in a week of accident. Very impressed with their service professionalism and how friendly they were.
My father in law had his car repaired here, I went with him, genuine professional service. Incredibly fast and friendly staff. Courtesy car was a new small car but more than adequate. Next day service! Very impressed.
Fantastic! I had a nasty smash and thought my car wasn't repairable. Their customer service was outstanding and my car was back to looking brand new within a few days! Excellent job! I couldn't thank them enough!
DO NOT USE HALO...Worst paint job I have ever witnessed, my BMW went in for a minor repair through Tesco insurance, gave me a Kia picanto 1.0 as a courtesy car. The car was delivered back to me after spending a day in the bodyshop, the whole of the front bumper was covered in orange peel, I called the body shop and advised them that I wasn't happy with the finish, they arranged a time and date and the car was picked up again..they then dropped the car back to me again with exactly the same issue. I called them again, complained and managed to speak to a manager Rick who advised that the car had been checked by a quality assessor and himself and that was the best finish they could achieve and that I should contact my insurance company. My insurances company arranged an private assessor to inspect the vehicle. Guess what the assessor agreed with me and advised me that the work was not up to scratch. I'm still waiting for Rick the manager to call me.
