Top class butchers. Great service and very reasonable price. Most important thing was the food was first class. Can see why their Steak Pie is so famous as it was absolutely superb. Looking forward to my next visit.

I got a some steak pie for New Year’s Day from Luptons and they were amazing. The best steak pie I’ve had. They were freshly made that day and still warm when I picked them up. Will definitely be back to sample everything else they had to offer 10 out of 10

Got some burgers and a steak pie. Both were amazing. LOTS of beef in the steak pie, lovely and tender. Burgers were lean and tasty. Highly recommend.

Popped in for 2 fillet steaks on my way home. Top notch. Staff are Friendly, establishment is clean and welcoming. Would recommend and will be back.

I visited this butcher for the first time following.a recommendation they sold the best ever steak pies. Just tasted the pie and can only describe it as average. Although the meat was reasonably tender you could hardly cut through the pastry. Perhaps the pastry maker had a bad day. It would also have been nice for the butcher to crack a smile when serving.  As the visit and produce was disappointing I will stick to my usual butcher who make fabulous steak pies and, you also receive a warm welcome and a big thank you for your custom.

THEY DEFROST FROZEN FOOD AND SELL IT THEN PEOPLE ARE GOING HOME FREEZING AGAIN THINKING ITS SAFE WHEN IT IS NOT!!! THEY EVEN SELL FROZEN TATTIE SCONES. the guys are extremely rude , not even a smile and make you feel awkward. Prices are also ridiculous for FROZEN burgers and sausages ETC ... pies come out a packet not freshly made at all.  They don't have any customer service at all.

Best butcher ever. Their lorne sausage and steak pies are legendary! My sons visit from US and only want these. Always polite & friendly staff, and I’ve been going for decades

Best steak pies in Glasgow

Dont know why this butchers haven't had all 5 stars, they are a great bunch of guys. Yes they are a wee bit more expensive than some but your paying for quality Ive tried lots of butchers but absolutely not one is any better than luptons  and I always go back Theres a reason a Q forms right round the corner at certain times of the year. Well done luptons AAAAAAA+
