Cannot thank JJM Taxis, especially their driver Steve for their assistance the past year or more in enabling my father to visit my stepmother in a nursing home. Would recommend.
The disability vehicles at bracknell train station refused to take 2 wheelchair users recently when we had taken residents out for the day. JJM were a fab help when we called them, the lady on the phone was disgusted that we had been refused. She sent a vehicle out straight away who done 2 trips for us, the driver was also lovely amd advised us how to report this to the council. We will in future only use JJM as the service was fab and staff were great.
Horrible phone operator. He was unbelievably rude. I very rarely leave reviews but because the phone service to book a taxi was so terrible I decided to make an effort to leave a comment. He should be sacked especially as all other reviews mentioned below are 100% true and all customers feel the same. Even if he is the boss, it gives him no right to conduct business by shouting at his customers. Disgusted..... very low personality and no people skills at all.
Good service and good price taxis need a clean but can't fault otherwise
If I could award minus 1 star I would! I obtained details from Bracknell Forest Council recommended for Taxis available for Wheelchair 'Bookings'. I was making enquiries fobo my mother for a regular return trip x 2 days pwk. My mother is 86 and we need reliable regular transport. I called their office the lady was very rude and said they couldn't take bookings, I would have to call closer to the required pick up time to see if they had a vehicle available, I explained this was a regular booking and we had to be certain, it didn't make any difference, the lady was quite rude [in her manner] and said they don't take 'bookings' for wheelchair enabled vehicles. Bracknell Forest Council please update your list!
Do not use. Book a pre-arranged fare with them for an airport pick up and charged an extra £20 because the flight was delayed. Never mentioned anything when making the booking. Never had this experience when using other, more reputable taxis in Bracknell. Avoid!!!!!!!!
The company screwed up very badly on an airport drop. The gesture they did to fix this went above and beyond what I expected and shows that they do care for their customers. Will be continuing to use them as I have done for many years. A+ customer service.
base operator banned me from requesting certain drivers, I have mental health & other health issues so did not like being spoken to like that, I would recommend people use other taxi firms like Radio Cars. they have no idea of how to speak to people with disabilities
Always on time, very courteous, have never let me down. Great service and reasonable prices
