ABSOLUTELY APPALLING SERVICE. I was verbally abused by one of the drivers then received a rude text message, all because I could not find where the driver had stopped ,as he insisted on picking me up from a different place to where I was waiting. I do not know the Bracknell area at all and I explained this to the driver. Absolutely unprofessional on every single level. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Disgusting.

Discusting service was verbally assaulted by an apex driver in front of my two year old. Booked with this company but called another company who had said they could get there sooner than the time stated by apex as they were round the corner...tried calling back three times but the line was busy. After getting in my taxi the driver came to the window shouting my name. I tried to explain the situation calmly but he was shouting and swearing and had stuck his head in the window telling me to get out of the car (shouting and swearing)...this was all witnessed by my two year old...my driver proceeded to close the window and drive away but not before the apex driver was punching the door on the side my two year old was seated. Do not use this company Ghurka taxis are professional, reliable and far more reasonably priced and I emplore anyone thinking of booking to use them instead. I called the company to find out their complaints procedure and explained what had happened and the opprrator I spoke to was also extremely rude! Avoid Apex!

AVOID APEX TAXIS LIKE THE PLAGUE!. Left us stranded at 12.15 am outside EastHampstead Conference Center after a wedding. I'd made a reservation and left a couple of ansaphone messages at 12.30 and 12.45. This taxi firm did not even return those calls. I wish I had read these reviews before booking. There is a reason there are so many one star reviews. This firm will let you down and not even call to apologies

Driver #86 is extremely rude. Ignored greeting me several times and also ignored questions I have asked. I am unable to walk currently and he couldn't be bothered to park near me so he used a hand gesture informing me to walk over to him! He also complained about me getting cash out the machine for a moment as he was unable to take card. Disappointed and very rude. I just confronted him and he said "He doesn't care" and started shouting at me!! Would NOT recommend this service to anyone!!
