Our family would highly recommend J H Kenyon Funeral Directors. We were looked after by Monica at the Westbourne Grove branch. She was kind and patient, guiding us through the process and was always on hand to help us in between arrangements being made; she made us feel looked after and put us at ease from the moment we met her. Fabio and his team of pall bearers were also very professional and delivered an excellent service to us on the day of our mother’s funeral; we couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you for your kindness and support.
When I was growing up JH Kenyon on Westbourne Grove were our local funeral directors, and I was always impressed by how professional their premises looked. When my mother passed away recently I was determined to use them as our funeral directors, and I was delighted with the service they provided. The information provided up-front was very helpful and Monica was empathetic to our feelings and requirements. At a difficult time she made the process very easy. On the day of the service everything was lovely and went as planned. I highly recommend JH Kenyon.
Brilliant experience. Would recommend. My consultant was Monica Guerrero who was incredibly empathetic and organised. On the day we were supported by Fabio and his team. They were all great and all our guests commented on how well planned and seamless everything went.
The care and support we received from Monica and Antonio was so kind and comforting. They were really empathetic and supportive. Everything on the day ran so smoothly. Antonio was lovely. They were also immediatelty responsive to any changes and wishes we wanted prior to and after the funeral. I felt my beloved mother was really well cared for. Thank you so much.
I cannot recommend J H Funeral Director enough. They made my a very sad and difficult time a lot easy.. The service was absolutely perfect and they managed to achieve exactly what I wanted. The staff were also wonderful, very efficient, and very understanding at a very sad time. Would recommend highly!
I was very impressed with the help and information I received from Monica and the team at Westbourne Grove. On the day of my sister's cremation, the service was sensitively carried out. My family and I were picked up by limousine and everything went smoothly. We felt well cared for. Thank you.
The Westbourne Grove team with Antonio and Sue was unbeatable, it was also reassuring that Antonio was funeral director on the day. Sue presented our mother on the wake very well, the flowers were outstanding, so fresh. The chauffeurs were fully prepared and top notch, and made for a memorable day.
The whole process was flawless. The team at Kenyons were helpful and constructive with their suggestions. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
I would like to thank everyone involved from The Westbourne Grove team for the smooth running of my husbands cremation. From the first day in their office right up until the day they made a stressful time easy. They helped me make all the right choices. Everything on the day was perfect and very professional, they made the day very special, I didn't have to worry about anything.
