Absolute worse time making the arrangements for my fathers funeral but Sarah was lovely and made things easier to deal with, thank you
At the worst time of my life and having never planned a funeral before, I am so glad that we ended up choosing the co-op. I cannot speak highly enough of Sarah, her kind and natural manner helped to put us at ease at a very difficult time. She is a very special person who was professional and went above and beyond for us. After discovering that some special flowers I had ordered elsewhere had not been processed the evening before the funeral, Sarah came to the rescue and was able to get us the exact same flowers in time for the funeral the next morning by calling around all the florists she knew. I am extremely grateful for the help and care we received and I won't ever forget it.
I have to say it was a pleasure to deal with Sarah and her team during a time which was extremely difficult in many aspects but I was kept informed and provided with all the relevant information. Can't recommend them enough. Thank you once again.
Organized a simple, but beautiful send off for my mother, just as I asked for
