LANDLORDS TAKE HEED.... Do not do business with this company!

They are totally untrustworthy, they withhold rental payments and blame tenants for having not paid, they charge you for work that does not get carried out and when I caught them out (having visited the property to check with the tenant myself) they came up with a long list of excuses before eventually instructing a cowboy to carry out the work.

Jay (the owner) and Nicola (his goafer) will promise you the world. They will brag about their success rate in the local area, promise to get you the best price for your property etc to rope you in..... But once you have signed on the dotted line you are screwed.

I'd encourage other landlords who have dealt with J&D to share your experience.  I have spoken to two others who have also reported similar treatment from this company. They must be exposed so as to prevent any other innocent landlords losing a lot of money as we have.

Warning,warning:Disgusting do not ever ever get a property with these absolute scum bags.Left my 5 month old daughter without heating for two weeks also the property is damp and has huge cracks down the walls.Then because i report these scum bags to the council they put a notice of abandonment on my door. Please save your self the stress and drama off these totally scum bags.

Awful - booked a viewing for an "open house" estate agent didnt bother to show up, i stood waiting outside for 30mins. Terrible company. Wouldnt trust them to sell my property.
