** PLEASE READ** This will be my second review of today. I earlier posted a civil review here on Google of my experience with the services of JC Campbell Electrics. In my earlier review I outlined how I was not happy with the service I received, how some staff were severely arrogant and non helpful and how I had called the store multiple times with no answer and promises of return calls when I did get through to no avail. I would refer you to my previous review which would still be posted below this only it not there as I was bullied into deleting it. After posting my experiences as my right to free speech and my right to review businesses on Google I was contacted by phone call by the owner. At the time of my phone call I was parked in a shop car park with my phone connected to Bluetooth speaker and my disabled 5 year old daughter was in her car seat in the back. The owner mentioned my review and I explained why I was unhappy and I got verbally abused and threatened that if i did not take my (very fair and civil) review down there would be consequences. Not only was I shocked at his aggressive tone I was appalled that a local business owner telephone called me personally to verbally abuse me on the phone in the presence of my 5 year old daughter who has cerebral palsy because of a review. I write this second review as I refuse to be intimidated and manipulated, I wrote a fair review as that's what Google reviews are here for and I do not expect to be harassed or intimidated for expressing my personal opinion. So to end this review if anyone out there is thinking of buying from this establishment be aware. I dealt straight with the manufacturer about my issues with my product and they sorted everything out in a polite, respectful and business like manner.

I contacted them for a DeLonghi coffee machine that they had on discount, and I was reluctant since the really bad reviews,. But everything ran smooth for me, delivery time, the time and response from the seller, and the item (DeLonghi Icona) is a real deal..make impressive coffees for my girlfriend (we are italians) so I though I would share this with you..I hope there won't be need of warranty ,(12 months) ..so far so good!

Item returned when faulty and yet to get a refund or answer to our emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SHARKS!
