Purchased a Braun Multiquick 9 Stick Blender from this company, on 7/3/18. 
The price was fantastic, at least £20 cheaper than competitors prices. Ease of ordering SO easy. Communication with Company excellent. Kept me well informed of expected delivery. I had a query re. registering this item for the guarantee,  which I did via email, and had a very quick response from them within an eight hour period, complete with all necessary information.
Would not hesitate to, not only recommend this company, but will order from them again in future.

I recently bought a steam generator from this company. I was sent an email noting that the said item was out of stock and offering me the upgraded model at no extra cost. I also received a phone call telling me the same with the same offer which I duly accepted. The item came by carrier two days later and in perfect condition. I found the site excellent and the customer service outstanding. I have no qualms recommending this company and shall be using it again. 
PS I am not related to this Campbell family....just a coincidence...honestly!!

Ordered a hoover from them online, good price, posted immediately. Unfortunately had a couple of problems with the courier, but shout out to Alex in particular who couldn't have been more helpful in getting everything sorted out. Great company. Recommend.

I recently ordered a new coffee maker - it arrived quickly, it was exactly what I ordered, and communication was clear and timely throughout the process. I've also dealt with JC Campbell in the past, when things did not go quite so smoothly - nothing to do with them - and again they were quick to respond, 'solution led' and provided great customer service.
