I've been going to this shop all my life, first when it was riggs and now. Still great quality. Best pies around. Sausages lovely, not a bit of fat in them, when you grill them. Highly recommend
Best sandwiches in the area. Proper butchers shop that do warm and cold buttys. When you order a ham salad they cut a nice thick slice of ham on the slicer just like the good old days. None of that catering pack rubbish. I've worked in the area for 7 years and it's berm consistently good.

Going to carry on using after the lockdown as very good quality. The steak pies to cook are delicious and have tried most of the produce and can't fault anything.
Have been visiting this butcher for a while, love the produce but unfortunately customer service is appalling, just been in to get some sandwiches and picnic bits but because I didn't know exactly what I wanted the person who served me rolled their eyes, huffed and was irritated. They were busy due to lots of workmen building a nearby school but after this visit I'm not going back.
Pork pies are excellent, especially the chilli jam ones.

my wife bought 2 steak pies yesterday which are normally full of meat much to our disappointment there wasn't even one piece of meat all gravy in both sad really been going there along time and don't even live in the area
