First time on an Itsu. As a Norwegian I found it great. New tastes, loved it. Friendly staff. Clean and open spaces. USB charging for all seats. Great. I’ll come back.
I had the pre packed salmon, rice and veg which was very tasty, fresh and low calorie. Slightly high price but prefer to pay this for a healthier quality option. Seating is very sociable, with USB chargers.
Best Airport food I've had in a long time! Quick service and fairly good prices. The ramen that I tried was tasty and fresh tasting. The seating was fine but it was great to see the usb ports but they were not working.
Best airport food and peaceful break at Gatwick south terminal. Affordable dishes, healthy and friendly staff.
Good price but sushi was old. Comfortable place with individual tables and usb outlets. 3 stars for sushi, 5 starts for usb outlets. 4 stars average.

Standard Itsu with decent selection & plenty seating. It even has usb ports to charge your phones with!
