Very friendly and polite staff, terrible portions and bland taste. Katsu curry on Udon was like the cheapest chip-shop curry sauce. The small pot was not even half filled half empty see image. Disgusting and expensive slops. An insult to the culture.
Bland tasting noodles. Nothing Asian about this fast food. Not tasty, not spicy even though I ordered their spicy dish. Very busy though. The couple of seats and tables they have are uncomfortable. Seats are mounted to the floor but too close to the tables. Very hard to eat that way. If you go here order their take-out. But I recommend you go somewhere else for something better. If you're after a scrumptious guilt-free meal, you should try Itsu. We had their Thai stir fry style udon noodles, and it was the perfect dish with just the right amount of crisp and sauce. Thai Stir Fry Style Udon Noodles: £6.99
I've loved Itsu a lot over the years especially their Thai Chicken Curry and Rice.I ate early afternoon. The food was warm but not pipping hot and the salt content was a bit too much. It may be just this store. Will definately eat more of it in the future.Food: 4/5

This restaurant was spotlessly clean and well staffed, who were friendly and welcoming. Food was to, Itsu normal standard. Food and drinks chilled cabinets were well stocked. The restroom was clean with good facilities.
This is a great place to grab a bite in Picadilly. On a cold day I recommend their rice pots. Otherwise they are famous for their delicious Sushi. There are vegan options if you need them.Food: 5/5
We visited here for lunch but they are only participating in eat out to help out at specific times of the day which was confusing. The gyoza, and mango mochi were lovely but I have to admit the teriyaki rice bowl was really disappointing the rice was so dry and chewy.
Salmon dragon roll- had one piece and put the packet down, it tastes really , really fishy and off and texture was slimy and just .. urgh Veggie sushi only from now on!!Food: 1/5
