I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the staff at this Boots location. Specifically, the individual with the thick glasses, who I had the displeasure of interacting with. He was not only unfriendly, unhelpful and unpleasant, but he also made my shopping experience a nightmare. I have never encountered such poor customer service and I strongly advise everyone to avoid this branch at all costs. The staff's attitude and behavior is unacceptable and should be addressed immediately. I have taken the liberty of contacting Boots head office to express my disappointment and to bring attention to this individual's behavior. I hope that action will be taken to ensure that customers will not have to endure such poor service in the future. Until then, I recommend finding another location to shop at
I don't go in there often but when I have its been rather dismal . Had a rude pharmacist telling me I shouldn't just stop taking my antidepressants. And I do know that but I'd run out. I don't expect to be spoken to like a child when I ask something.......she was quite stern which didn't help. .Yeh she was a middle aged blond with a face like thunder. Lol Yesterday I had to walk from the baby department to the beauty counter just to ask something. Then got a rather abrupt answer. Also there was a Skeleton staff, very annoying when I don't have a job and would never talk to a customer or show such an unfriendly attitude in the way I was in there. I don't need an excellent education to know what they don't appear too know. How hard is it to find decent staff with so any unemployed? The online application is very long winded and difficult but obviously it's not getting them the staff that would show their store in a good light.!! I could do it. Oh but hang on, I can't because I've not got any previous experience..........
Very friendly and helpful staff wonderful range of make up that offers reliable and very helpful staff. Skin match testing also available for skincare products and perfumery counter. Quick prescription service a small baby and toddler section, plus a printing service for photos all format's available.
The pharmacy area is always a hit and miss. There are usually 3 members of staff there, at least one of which I assume is the pharmacist, while the other two just pharmacy till assistants. However, almost every time I pop in there is queue or two formed at the same time, with NO till assistant in sight. They are all three up at the back of the pharmacy area. I find it utterly ridiculous that I have to join a long queue when all I wanted was to ask a question or to buy a quick over the counter medicine. Why, oh why do I have to join the long queue of people who are waiting for prescriptions?!?
Only visiting the area and needed some new foundation , 2 lovely ladies helped me today HAYLEY and CHLOE , what FAB LADIES who also helped me with my mascara brush dilema , please let these ladies know that Karen and Tony thought they were FANTASTIC yes I'm the one in the wheelchair xxx
I like this tidy little shop in Hertford and always love "Boots" with variety of cosmetics but... staff is really unfriendly older women ‍ because of that I feel uncomfortable in "Boots". Shame on you... boo
Rather unorganised for flu jabs, ran nearly 30mins over but the staff were friendly and apologetic.
The usual chemist offering everything you need only downside is the long wait for prescriptions and lack of space to que staff friendly and helpful.
Always has a product I could use from medication and advice from the in-store chemist, body creams and lotions, baby creams and bath--time bubbles, sun cream, face cloths, tweezers, plasters......
Very rude staff. The old, blonde woman is during the afternoon is always very rude with me. Maybe because I am not English??!!
