Dave and the team at IT Pro have looked after a couple of laptops, two phones and printers for me and have handled my IT needs for 10 years or so. The service they provide is faultless. Polite, calm, friendly and, to a 'technophobe' like me, always totally reassuring. My work takes me to many parts of the globe and I have received remote support when in the Caribbean, India, Channel Islands and Hong Kong to name but a few and sometimes at unusual hours due to the time differences. They've also advised me on hardware and software purchases in an impartial and expert way, even though there hasn't been anything in it for them - the aim has always been to look after the customer in this case me and my needs.
