I visited the store and was served or not by a girl card Natalie. As somebody with extensive experience in customer service I was absolutely astonished by the bare minimum of customer service offered during our engagement. Natalie went out of her way to be rude to me, refusing to serve me on the basis ot outdated policy. A very rude member of Staff that could benefit from some training in future
Convenient store with post office. Helpful staff. Had what we needed
A well stocked typical Spar convenience store with a good range of products for a small shop or lunch / snacks / drinks. Some products relatively expensive mostly compared to supermarkets, others good value or on offer. Plenty of good value wines and some other offers. Curiously to me the Spar sold a larger range of port both by price and quality & Sherry than I've ever seen in a small shop. Very conveniently located right in the centre of the town.
As much as you can expect from a Spar. The staff are friendly and chatty, with only the occasional exception. The range is good and layout easy to shop too.
Fabulous service during these hard times. Pleasant and very helpful. Food delivered to the door by 2 lovely ladies : Massive thanks!
