We are a locksmith and security shop based in Sidcup, Kent. We provide emergency locksmith services to both residential and commercial properties. Our shop offers key cutting services and we stock a wide variety of excellent quality locks, padlocks, torches, domestic safes, etc

Great local lock-smiths. Couldn't access my house due to faulty lock. Oren arrived within 15 minutes, accessed the house within 1 minute. He then promptly diagnosed the issue, collected a new lock and fitted for me. I was really impressed with the attention to detail and care he took making sure it worked perfectly. Service was very fairly priced. Thank you Oren & Meir.

Despite emailing 3 different companies, ITCC Locksmiths were the only one to reply to my query.  I needed additional security to my front door following a burglary whilst we were in bed over the weekend.  Meir came round and fitted a deadlock and a security chain.  Thank you, Meir, we can sleep peacefully again.  I am so amazed that firms use the web to advertise there services but do not take the time to respond to queries, no mater how minor it might seem to them.

I was locked out of my Premises, I called ITCC locksmiths  , who answered promptly, they sent out a guy called Oren. Who turned up as promised and managed to get me into my property easily, with out Damaging to my door. He replaced my lock with a new high security lock, his workmanship was Excellent. I would highly Recommend and will be using again.....

A set of door keys was stolen. Meir arrived within 30 minutes, and true to his telephone estimate replaced three locks for £160 including £50 labour. Each lock has 5 spare keys. He was very pleasant indeed and gave  some helpful advice. Outstanding service.

I rang ITCC Locksmiths on Saturday evening after I snapped the key in my porch door.  Oren was with us in no time at all. Replaced the broken lock quickly and was very good on price. Very friendly. Will use again...... if needed.

I have never been to this shop before but since I had two faulty door locks, I  called at the shop to see if they could help. Straight away the gentleman there made a call and then told me one of their mobile engineers would be with me within an hour. Forty minutes later, a most charming Romanian engineer arrived, inspected the two doors and locks and within no more than twenty minutes both were  working perfectly. Not cheap but then I know I have bought quality.

The battery on my safe died and I couldn’t remember where the key was.  I brought it into ITCC key shop and was advised by Colin it will not be reusable.  As I only needed the paperwork inside, I said go ahead.  Within 5 minutes I had my paperwork. A job well done.

We got locked out. I called ITCC and was guaranteed it would cost me £45, even after I asked if the price was all inclusive. We were told the door couldn't be opened without breaking the lock - not sure the locksmith really even tried - ended up paying more than £300. We really feel we have been taken advantage of and lied to. Avoid at all costs !
