A true professional locksmith. I have a slightly strange security setup and Shane knew exactly the issue and how to resolve it before attending - others had failed to resolve the issue I was having. Exactly the service I would expect from a master locksmith and is reasonably priced. I also got a whole host of information before Shane left on how to manage and maintain my security requirements. After being stung I could not recommend this service highly enough
Highly recommend Shane called him out as I could not open UPV window. Thought I needed new lock. He came out and said I don’t need a new one it was just a stiff handle. Very honest man as he could have changed the handle and charged me. Will certainly recommend his company.
Shane did a great job, he was fast and pleasant, I wasn't able to meet him at our house but he was able to cater for that. He also made a mistake with the invoice but accepted it and stood by his word which I respect. Highly recommend

Great service, replaced a broken lock, realigned door and dealt with a hidden issue in the door frame that the lock catches were snagging on. Arrived on time and was a fraction.of the cost of another local firm. Would recommend this firm.
