Awful management! These people stole my money and still owe it to me. I doubt i'll ever see it though. I agreed to rent a room for an hour each Thursday night, and after the first night, i posted the key back in the office letter box as advised. Next thing i know i get a phone call saying the key is not there. The other person with me that night also made sure the key went where it should have. They cancelled our arrangement, charged me for the key, and also got us blacklisted from another venue in town since one the their board members runs the Avalon Centre in town also. All because THEY lost the key, yet they said their 'system never fails'! Well it did this time Jo and Elsa.
