A lot of variety for such a small store! I actually do most of my large shops here because it has all the necessities anyway! I’ve also used home delivery a few times and apart from 2 poor substitutes that I managed to get a refund for, I have had no issues at all with quality of food or use by dates compared to other home deliveries. The staff are also friendly but it’s definitely one of the most busier small stores.
Worked for the company for 5 years. Asda is a company that scams there employees by making it infinitely difficult to track how much they get paid each payslip. The paying system is broken and even though you may clock in and out of a shift, you won’t necessarily be paid for it. You’ll find that out after pay day and if want that missing money paid you’ll have to wait till next pay day to get it fixed. It’s then run by individuals that do not have a clue about process cheat the system to avoid compliance issues etc.. and how to look after there staff. It’s all a scam, however credit to the standard colleagues who, really, should be praised for working for a company like this.
In the section with lower prices due to them nearing their due date I've seen countless times where it costs more than the product that has more time left. Also, they raise prices so much in such a short span of time.
Has cash machine and post box next to it quite small, but ok if need to do small shopping
Ordered food from here delivered substitutes that did not meet our standards we ordered 3 family size meals 1 was a single person's meal and the other was a bad substitute tried asking for a refund and got rejected straight away! Not impressed will not be ordering anything from asda again

Esther made a mistake in putting the wrong amounts and the amounts the wrong way round on my gas card and electric key when I asked for £15 on gas and £25 on electric. The employee asked me 3 times how much I wanted on each which I stated each time clearly and yet somehow still did it wrong. A senior member of staff Shelley was called but she was unable to remedy the mistake. Both were quite rude and behaved like it was my mistake, and not the mistake of the employee who didn't check which card/key was which. There is a significant difference between the two!
I was surprised at just how well-stocked this store is considering how small it looks from the outside; I went in expecting to only get the essentials, but I was pretty much able to get a full weekly shop done! The staff are friendly and everything is modern, bright and clean, which you’d expect given its essentially a brand new building. The parking can be a bit tight if it’s busy, but generally you shouldn’t have an issue. Overall, If you only want food it’s a much nicer shopping experience than the Asda Superstore down at the stadium.
