Haley couldn't do enough for me when I arrived. She was very pleasant and down to earth- just what a real bride needs. She was honest and very positive and enthusiastic. In addition to her fountain of knowledge about dresses she also contacted the suppliers to ensure they could do the customisation I requested and this was no hassle to her at all. She even went out of her way to say what else she could do for me, something that no other shop was able to do.

I first visited Isla Loux bridal shop a nervous bride as I had bad experiences at other bridal shops we pushy sellers. Haley was lovely and put me at ease asked me what I wanted and let me choose dresses to try o. And told me if I suited them or not. I fell in love with the 3rd dress and I decided there and then this was the ONE. Is lovely friendly lady is Haley who puts you at ease and gave me confidence in my dress . I walked down the aisle 4 weeks ago and felt like a princess . I certainly blew my grooms socks away.

Fantastic shop and lovely lady owner only popped in for a snoop and ended up been fitted in for an appointment and found my perfect dress! No pressure sale just happy to help. Also had my tiara custom made too had so many compliments on my dress and tiara :)
