Visited Elite Bridal along with my best friend who is soon to be married and my fellow bridesmaids.  I would just like to say how outstanding the service was. We were made to feel so comfortable, relaxed and at ease as soon as we entered. From start to finish the staff were attentive and showed genuine interest in the wedding, making made the bride feel really special. The bride is also plus size, I can’t express enough how amazing the staff were to suit her needs and make her feel confident.  Really enjoyed the afternoon, my best friend ordered her dream dress and I can see how excited she is.  Thank you so much Elite Bridal

I visited elite bridal a couple weeks ago, it is the first place I have been to try on wedding dresses and honestly so glad I chose this store! My bridal advisor Nicola was amazing and so helpful.  She listened to my views on each dress and found me more dresses to try with the details I liked from other dresses and I ended up buying a dress from the store that I fell in love with, I never imagined me in the dress I walked away with but it was everything I wanted when I put it on.  Highly recommend this store they are not pushy trying to make you buy a dress and are so helpful.  100% full attention on the bride.

Hey everyone. Just wanted to leave a review as 2 weeks ago I had an appointment at the Brighouse premises and what an amazing experience I had.  Me and my mum went to the appointment and I was grated by Nicola. I explained I had no idea what type of dress I wanted as I honestly never thought I would get married. Nicola made me feel at ease and allowed me and my mum plenty of time to look through the dresses and see if any stood out.  I tried on many dresses and none was doing it for me. Nicola asked me if I was open minded to trying one on that she thought would suit me and of course I said yes. After trying it on and loving it. We tried a few more on and then I went back to the original dress and said yes to the dress.  I can't thank Nicola enough for her amazing customer service and helping me find my dream dress.  Very affordable dresses and amazing experience. I will 100% recommend this bridal shop to everyone.  Thank you again Nicola and see you next June for alterations. So excited.

Today was the visit to get my beautiful girl her wedding dress.On arrival we were greeted by Becky,a lovely pleasant lady. She helped us all the way through our choosing of the gown.She made my daughter very comfortable in the picking and trying of different gowns.She was very patient. We picked the dress. Absolutely loved my experience. Id visited a shop before Elite and found a dress I liked. I then came to Elite and found dresses I liked but there were the odd thing that was missing or they had too much of. I ended up choosing a dress but adding extras on! I cannot wait to see the end result and I am so excited to have a unique dress that is completely tailored to me!!

I didn't know what to expect from my first wedding dress shopping experience, but it was absolutely wonderful. Warm, friendly and ever attentive, Nicola made my mum and I feel welcome from the get go. She sat us down with a drink and we had a casual chat about my upcoming wedding and the sort of styles I had in mind. From there, we picked some dresses to try on, before Nicola used my favourite parts about each to choose some on my behalf - including a wildcard. I'm beyond grateful to her for helping us find THE dress and for making the day as special as it was.

I visited Elite Bridal in Brighouse today and did not regret my decision! In fact, I am so pleased with my experience that I have wasted no time in writing this review!  Nicola, my advisor, was so incredibly helpful and honest which made the process so much easier and more enjoyable than I could have imagined.  I have walked away today with a dress I never dreamed I would go for but am totally in love with and can’t wait to wear! I highly recommend Elite Bridal to any bride-to-be. Visited the Brighouse store on 28-01-23, pleasantly surprised by the vast selection of dresses available. The staff were so friendly, professional and knowledgeable, especially Rebecca who helped me say yes to the dress! You were so kind and made me feel comfortable. Thank you so much xx

This was my first experience of trying on wedding dresses and I was so nervous! I brought along my son who is giving me away my best friend and her daughter and the two ladies were so welcoming and accomodating, bringing us drinks and speaking to the children. I didn't feel rushed as I had feared I might and the ladies listened to what I wanted and encouraged me to try lots of different styles and variations without being pushy. After lots of giggles, photos and a few happy tears, I found my dream dress and veil. I would absolutely recommend Elite Bridal for any future bride and can't wait for my final fitting. Thank you for a fantastic experience.

I said yes to the dress last week at this store, this was the first place I had looked for a wedding dress, I thought I knew exactly what I was looking for and never even attempted to put any of my own effort into finding “the dress”, I am so happy I came along, the dresses are absolutely beautiful, especially mine, Elite Bridal made me feel so comfortable, they are warm welcoming and are really lovely! I upgraded to a vip package and the effort that was made was amazing! I found my dress thanks to Nichola, I’m really glad to have met her and to have found my dress with her, I don’t think I could have made a decision or knew what was best fit for my body if it hadn’t of been for her! I highly recommend!
