I had microdermabrasion and it was brilliant, I had a facial too and it’s the best I’ve ever had. My skin feels great and the service I was given by Sam was exceptional. She was very skilled and experienced. I would definitely recommend Isis

My initial thought was - what a Lovely salon. It’s clean  and the ladies were helpful and friendly, looking after my young son when he got upset during my haircut.

When I got home, I realised she had missed cutting two chunks of my hair so I had to sort it myself. I had been warned that my sons crying may make my hair wonky....I went back a week later to get my nails done and it was a disaster (and the reason I changed my review from good to bad). The choice f colours for shellac nails was very very limited - less than 10, the lady read the instructions from a sheet (and still really messed up my nails), the polish used was NOT the proper shellac polish, the lady was not concentrating on what she was doing and filed a big chunk of my little fingernail off to the skin - it has been very sore since, she did not even bother to wipe the blood away before putting the varnish on, leaving a blotch under the polish!!! There is a lot of polish left around the nail (I could do a tidier job myself), I had made an effort to grow my bails long and she filed them all off without asking which upset me, a large section of my thumb was missed and when I mentioned it, this only got one coat. 

It may look like a nice place and the staff may be friendly but the standard of beauty treatments is seriously below par!!!!

Disgusting customer treatment !
The lady offered me 11 am appointment and when I went by a taxi spending £10 by 10:45..  she is claiming I was late for my 10:30 appointment as she had boked someone at 11:30 ! 
Why was I offered 11 am appointment to allow double booking?
I'd to come back without treatment as she suggested she would cut the time if I went ahead! 
Very unprofessional and sick customer experience! I'd booked day off for this!

Got a facial booked by a friend and I must say what a facial I had. Very friendly and polite staff. Best customer service I have ever. Since my facial I have visited them for other treatments and all performed at the highest level. Definitely recommend and visit them again👍

Be warned of having laser treatment here, I got a chuck of my eyebrow burned off (and serveral burn marks on my body) 
Treatment was performed by the owner Bubli, she washed her hands of me when I asked for help with looking after my blistering, puss filled eyebrow injury. Abismal lack of care, unprofessional and just an uncaring person who is mainly interested in getting more money and trying to sell you more treatments.  Irresponsible person who should not be dealing with such a delicate job, justvlucky it wasn't my eye! 
Shame, when I bough my laser package the previous owner was the best therapist on the planet. Impeccable. The new owner will be the demise of her shop and of her clients, go elsewhere if you want to protect yourself from potentially very serious damage.
