DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM THIS SHOP. Discussing service. I was told the food would be here in 30 minutes and after nearly 2 hours and 5 phone calls later, I cancelled the food. The customer service wasn't evident at all. They lied to me, fabricated reasons for the lateness and even told me to shut up, that he was 62 and that he was right. They said that I had given the wrong post code to the place I live. That it was my fault that I hadn't got my food because the driver couldn't find me. I was told that the driver had tried to phone me, than I overheard him give the driver the number. If I could give a zero score, I would. I had to give someone a sandwich for their evening meal being as they need to eat to control their diabetes. I'm still waiting for my refund. Awful place and people
Chips extremely soggy, chicken wrap was Absolutely Vile!. The snack box for £10 is Pathetic. The chicken in the snack box would smash a Granny’s dentures to bits. All the food was as good as cold. apparently this is to be expected when he has to deliver it 15 mins away Contacted the shop to explain the situation and the “BOSS” said they can’t make fresh as I’m too far away. Why deliver to my area then I asked for a partial refund or replacement food and was told I would only receive fresh food if I collect it ‍ And a refund isn’t happening and his exact words were if I don’t like it don’t order again and he hung up!. 5* customer service from this lot. If you want to waste your money on horrific food then this place is perfect for you
Wow. Blown away by the large donner kebab I've just had. Literally was the best kebab I've had in years. Fresh salad and a really nice soft pitta. Highly recommend.Food: 5/5

Ordered an hour ago through Just Eat as really fancied a kebab. Expecting lovely meat with salad at the very least & chilli, but no....it wasn't even in pitta bread it was presented in a flat bread!! And chewy chicken. Ended up adding my own salad but not the same. Not even good enough for the dog. Most disappointed. Don't use the Just eat app as their menu doesn't give an option of salad...a waste of my money. You need to update the Just eat website menu. For those who like salad maybe use deliveroo as is included apparently.
Wanted to give no stars but review made me click 1 to post the following. Was recommended to try this kebab house and this was by far the worst I’ve ever had in the uk! Thrown together, everything was old, tasted foul and felt overcharged for what we were given. Was that disgusting I didn’t give to my dogs!
if I could give them below zero I would. Customer service was a disgrace and so was the food. Do NOT order from this disgusting place. Even spoke to the staff and they were shouting at ME due to their disgusting food.
Absolutely disgusted on my order. Not only I waited 2 hours, I had to go and pick it up, to find out that my kebab was lacking salad and my chips were not cooked properly. I was welcomed with excuses and unacceptable comments. Will not order from this place again.
Just ordered, round the corner, quick delivery. Food was restaurant quality! Ever meat cooked to perfection, and succulent. Lime terrace.
Service very poor. Ordering from just eat and requested it to be delivered by 19:30 this Tuesday just gone. On the night it gets to that time and no sign. I ring the place and they said it’s on its way with the delivery driver. 15 mins later than the time I requested.
