I ordered pizza and it is so delicious. Toppings are good quality. Definately recommended
I have been a satisfied flames customer for a good few years but have to say the quality has taken a serious nosedive. My order tonight was for a birthday treat to my hubby..he does love a kebab. The price hike is understandable due to world events, and I have no quibble with that, but I would have expected a decent quality of food. The generous sized portion of chips were obvious reheats! The kebab size was generous, the chilli sauce was nice but sparse and the meat was tepid through and through. Huge disappointment, not the usual excellent quality.

Order 3 meals but was not up to standard I won’t order again
You’re lucky you’re getting 1 star! I don’t expect to place an order then get told it’s cancelled almost an hour later....I will not be ordering from here again and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone! More excuses for poor service
I brought chicken kebab and chip last night and still taste it this morning, a lot of the chicken looked like it came out of a bin plus burnt, they don't like complaining, they haven't learned they lesson, read, take note and get better Flames
Very dissatisfied with the food and the customer service . We put our order in and waited over an hour and a half for our meals for them to turn up and be wrong and burnt to make it worse. My wife called them straight away to have a bloke start shouting down the phone at her telling her we made the mistake with the order and not them so I spoke to them saying they need to replace the food only for them to start talking amongst themselves thinking that I couldn't hear them moaning .so 30 mins later they resend the food out for bits to be missing so they had to come out for a 3rd time
Ordered food in advance as I needed time to get home from work. Food arrived at least 20 minutes early while I was still driving with delivery guy stating the order didn't have a time. Due to this the food was half cold In terms of quality it was below average. Pita bread was very greasy and the meat was drowning in mayo Not the best value for money either; for £11.50 got a 'large' kebab which I would consider normal sized, where half of it was lettuce and cabbage
We've only ordered from here a couple of times so far but each time it's been delivered quickly, it's been hot, delicious and no greasiness at all.
If your thinking about ordering from flames my advice is DONT.. The food is of very very poor quality, Staff are very rude and have little to no customer service skills. If i could give this joke of a takeaway 0 stars i would
