From initial contact through to completion of installation of a 100ft borehole for garden and domestic use, couldn't fault the service from Ashley, Derek and Andy the engineer. Now got an excellent scheme for our 1 acre garden and also serves hot and grey water in the house. The first pump was too beefy at 20 gallons/min so down-rated to 8 gallons/min and added a UV clarifier to the buffer tank. A very neat installation. Roll on the hot weather next year!!

I've had 5 years service from this company and I have been a loyal customer, but, I feel let down.  There is never a straight answer from the office and advise is very adhoc and knee jerk.  We are just a family with live-stock dependent on a well for our water.  It is important to have clean accessible water. To be chasing a company to attend is stressful and unnecessary despite phone calls , e mails and calling in at the office, politely asking  (initially) for an engineer to come they only blame each other for not turning up. Their notes on my property were not kept up to date. 
Despite the website saying they are well versed in working in this field, running a business and customer service is a different matter.  I guess they don't want my domestic business, maybe they are too busy fulfilling commercial contracts? I would have appreciated a straight, "no, we are not coming". It's time to move on.  This one has run its course.

The team on site were excellent; knowledgeable, helpful and considerate - providing us with an installation of a water pump for our new bore hole and a de-ionising unit. Many thanks.
