Great inspiration and some very lovely furniture!!
We had a kitchen from Iroka, which was quite an expensive purchase. We are pleased with the kitchen itself. However the after sales service is not particularly good, and I have been in touch with Citizens advice to find out what to do next and have a reference number. We have had a problem with the sink which has developed holes through no fault of ours. This was reported to them in March and it took 2 months for them to agree to replace it, and to date we are still waiting, now nearly into July. It would be really nice to be kept up to date with progress, but I have to keep chasing to get any news.
We were very pleased with the service and products that we bought from Iroka. They completely fitted out our new holiday home and were a pleasure to deal with. We have a kitchen company with over 30 employees so know about quality and design and also the cost of products and installation and we were more than happy to pay for good service and excellent installation by their team. We couldn't recommend Iroka more highly Many thanks for a great job , Scott
Purchased 2 pairs of curtains recently with the help and advise from Lola in the soft furnishings and fabric department. Excellent service from deposit, time scale and installation by two wonderful chaps -such friendly, helpful staff I recommend highly.
If you want to find the unusual , the sparkle of a piece of furniture no one else has then this is the place for you.. for creative pieces you have to pay , but it’s well worth it and the visit to IROKA always gets your mind wanting the unusual . Staff are friendly and helpful, the coffee is good , and it’s well located and parking is free and easy . One of our favourite shops in Cornwall .
I don't know about the review below but I had a great experience with the customer service department at Iroka! All my emails were answered very quickly and clearly- most of the time within a few hours and sometimes even within seconds. My only gripe would be that the original item advertised online that I ordered and paid for, wasn't actually in stock. The item shouldn't have been on the website if it wasn't in stock but this mistake was rectified very quickly and they offered me the choice between a refund or an alternative item. I went for the alternative and it was delivered to me within a few days. Ultimately, however, I decided I didn't like the alternative so asked if I could return it for a refund. There was absolutely no problem with returning and refunding my item and Iroka even organised for my parcel to be collected from my home when I asked. All the information given to me was clear and I really can't fault their customer service- I would definitely buy from them again! Special thanks to Jade for all the help she gave me!!! :
Iroka provide a superb service, they assisted us with designing and furnishing our house and nothing was too much trouble. We are delighted with the results which we could never have achieved on our own. Highly recommended.
Beautiful shop selling modern and contemporary gifts and practical items along with luxurious soft furnishings. Has quite the Scandi feel - in my humble opinion!
Approachable and friendly staff with a great eye for quality design. I bought a designer sofa which looks great in my home. I was very satisfied with the level of customer service.
Really great, personal service! I'd recommend the Wadebridge store especially, they really went out of their way to help me with my order, mailed it to me and checked at every stage that I was happy!
