Waited 15 minutes in a phone queue (getting to 1st position) only to be cut off then because they were "too busy" to take my call. Pathetic. Wanted to confirm existing appointment details (no online system to do this yet). Well if I miss an appointment they only have your own poor service levels to blame.

Absolutely ridiculous. They can't even prepare a letter for a week and 4 days later. I will expect an apology for the delay in the paid letter when I do collect it on Monday as I have already told the expectant party they would have it. This makes a c**t out of me as it looks like I can't keep my word. It's a copy and paste job and a few name changes. A 5 year old could do it as it take two minutes maximum. They have given me a pamphlet of my symptoms on occasion - yes I went in with those - and it stated to see your doctor if it persists. It had persisted for over a year at that point. Moreover, what's with the reception staff thinking that they're doctors ( with the exception of one or two) I can understand why they think they're just as competent as them. They do not take the time to listen or run the appropriate tests. If they actually did their job properly the first time- I wouldn't need to keep coming back so often. There were instances where I was degraded, discriminated and humiliated. I would give no stars if I could because if that was anyone in any other job they'd not have one. I haven't quite decided whether or not to sue or whether to have another complaint, that won't get felt with seriously. Why become a doctor if you can't do it and/or don't want to help people? If it's about helping people then help. If it was for money status and power, then earn your keep.

Horrific, even some of the simplest tasks are made a nightmare and if you want anything done be prepared to make a dozen phone calls. due to this GP my army application has been suspended for 6 months.

Horrible place. Staff or receptionists especially older receptionists have zero respect for people. Any awkwardness and ask to see supervisor or person in charge. Had one elderly receptionist claimed to me at the front desk i'd never had a ventolin inhaler, I was ill with other complaint so walked out,had asthma for over 25 years. Always use hand cleaners available on walls the place is a breeding ground for germs and with bitter people working there (receptionists) assume the cleaning doesn't get done or least not properly. Don't expect the new health centre to be any better with already bitter individuals working at currant location they'll move to new and will straight away cause problems and look for problems. Most doctors r good, mostly. It's just a shame a few working there give it a bad name
