I found the man with the glasses - presume to be the owner - unhelpful and quite condescending. A very poor customer service attitude. I needed to send a parcel within Europe, and he was adamant I couldn't do this at his post office, and would have to go to Dunfermline, despite me checking beforehand that this should have been possible. I couldn't be bothered arguing with him, as it wouldn't have made any difference and I needed to get away. I got this done at North Queensferry post office with no issue - despite the guy at Inverkeithing saying that would also probably not be possible. I do feel he was either being deliberately unhelpful, or couldn't be bothered to check. Very poor customer service.
The man in the post office refused to accept my parcel delivery even though it was a listed drop off option on DPD. I have now had to pay extra to have it redelivered elsewhere and it will be two days late. He is extremely difficult and unhelpful.
Awful place with disgruntled staff who are rude and can't be arsed to help. The shop it's self is a shambolic mess
Went to return a parcel and the old man was very inpatient with me, I misheard him and he scoffed as if I was causing him a great inconvenience. I would advise you to steer clear of this post office as it has no interest in providing a good customer service, the man has been working there for years and still hadn't been sacked. WHAT A JOKE!!
