Does the Care Inspectorate really exist? Wrong number on Google - don't worry I'll change it for you! ...OK done, that took me 3 SECONDS to change it with google, why could the Care Inspectorate not do that? When I finally got the correct telephone number, I called and there was a queue of three (I don't mind waiting) - BUT the line quality was so bad and the recorded messages were so LOW in volume I could hardly hear them! ... and I had the volume on my phone all the way up, and I called from a quiet place. I emailed Care Inspectorate on September 2017 and I got an acknowledgement email with ID in return message, but after that, no one got back in touch. This is not the first support service in Edinburgh that this has happened with. I'm compiling a report to send to Holyrood. I emailed my SNP MSP office' for help and their office never got back to me...but that is another story.. and the last time I ever vote SNP!
