This shopping center is an incredible destination, boasting an extensive array of over a hundred shops. The overall ambiance is bustling, particularly noticeable during the Christmas market period, which tends to be overwhelmingly crowded. Navigating through the crowds can be challenging, especially for children, making it less enjoyable to appreciate the surroundings. From a personal standpoint, I would hesitate to recommend the Christmas market for families.
This is definitely the best shopping and entertainment centre in Nottingham. The location is ideal and central. There are a lot of major stores here such as Jewellery stores, Zara, Skechers, Hotel Chocolat, Pizza Hut, Burger King, Boots and many many others. The design is very nice and the environment is generally kept clean. There is an underground parking lot available, as well as multiple entrances and exits.
This place is absolutely huge. Still has every high street shop but little in the way of new and interesting shops. Nothing innovative that you don't get in other, smaller shopping malls and their signage for their public toilets is abysmal.
Right, let us jump right into it! This shopping center is very very damn good! There are loads of shops in here and amongst them are markets. It regularly changes appearance with the seasons which brings you into the theme of whichever time of year it is. And somehow despite how large the place is and with all of these shops, you will still struggle to find some products! Also the Tesco in this store is horrendous. Seriously, the staff argue about stuff on the floor regularly.
We parked in the basement beneath John Lewis's store. A bit tight to be honest but good access to the centre. My only observation would be there's very little identified spaces , just a colour for the floor you are parked on so remember where you leave and use the same to re enter. The centre was clean and busy. We took our small dog and the entrance to John Lewis's says well behaved dogs are allowed , but in the centre they are not ! The car park was reasonable to go shopping and exploring the city.
Amazing shopping centre. Always clean and busy. So great to see as a lot of places have lots of things shut. They are putting in a H and M there for spring 2024 what will be a great asset to the centre. The food and drink choices are great as well.
A good selection of shops. Very helpful staff if visitors need guidance to particular places. My visit to sunnamusk and birds bakery for lunch was very enjoyable
Christmas time with my Mum and my Family visiting Nottingham city centre and Old square market very Beautiful,everything It seemed like a wedding bride.
This place is clean, escalators working when visited and so were the lifts. Toilets are clean and have baby changing facilities and disabled toilets with key needed. Large variety of shops, much larger than it looks.
It might sound strange but I really love this place. There's something to be said about being in a large mall with places to nose around, infinite coffee and little stalls to look at. If you enjoy the strange art of just nosing around shops, pop in!
