Eldon Square is q fantastic shopping center right in the heart of New Castle!. It has a great variety of stores, from high- street favourites to boutique brands, making it prefect for a full day of shopping. The layout is spacious and easy to navigate, with plenty of seating areas to take a break. There's also a good selection of restaurant and cafes, offering something for everyone. The cleanliness and atmosphere are top-notch.nEasy access to public transportation and parking neqrby. A must-visit if you're in New Castle.
Our first visit to Eldon Square and wasn't disappointed. Such a vibrant city with a variety of shops. Been to York and Leeds but this is tops for shopping. Lots of restaurants and bars scattered around. We travelled by train, which suited our needs. Will definitely return soon.
The management of this shopping centre seems to be overwhelmed and poorly effectivennI was given a gift voucher for my work on the covid pandemic by my colleagues. I asked the Eldon square staff about how this gift voucher works and was given incorrect information. I went on shopping trip a month before the original expiry and spent about £10 of a £55 voucher but was told purchases extend the expiry.nnIt turns out that vouchers only last a year and there is nothing you can do to extend that. I'd been given incorrect information. I have been emailing Cormac Hamilton since May about this. Their customer services were just very unhelpful to me, even though i had been given incorrect information by their staff. Cormac Hamilton has just stopped responding. As a chief executive he said there was probably little he could do. Now you have to question the entire management of the company when the chief executive has his hands tied or can't help solve problems.nnBottom line is. Don't guy gift cards for Eldon square - buy the better known vouchers for multiple shops. You'll get better customer service and better expiry dates.
Eldon Square Mall is a fantastic shopping destination in Newcastle. The variety of stores caters to every need, and the spacious layout ensures a pleasant shopping experience. Whether you're looking for fashion, electronics, or a quick bite, Eldon Square has it all. A must-visit spot for shopping enthusiasts!
Decent shopping mall. Quite vast. Has pretty much everything you could possibly need. Getting around the store was tricky in that I found myself backtracking a few times as I was going the wrong way even having consulted the on store maps.
