I took my daughter who had a full head of highlights. It looks absolutely amazing. Thank you to mark who did a great job on her very thick ,long  hair . I didn’t have a treatment but was made to feel very welcome and wasn’t just left to sit and watch. The gents were so lovely and friendly chatting to me . We were in there a good few hours as mark seems to be a protectionist and the complete experience was amazing. I’ve already booked in for myself and can’t wait . Thanks to both of you for your hospitality and great work . There are a lot treatments available and I think this will now be my first choice of salons . Thanks guys . Absolutely amazing experience. Came in earlier today and they fit me in straight away. Mark dyed my hair and it looks unreal. I am over the moon with how my hair turned out. Definitely recommend, and I will be back again. Lovely staff, amazing price. Many Thankyous to them!!!

Firstly, a simple wash should be a basic service at any hair salon. However, the design of the wash stations here is rather weird; water kept splashing onto my face. Luckily, I wasn’t wearing makeup, otherwise I could have saved on remover. At the same time, water continuously dripped down my back, leaving me with a soaked shirt when I left the salon.  Generally, if you’re after loose waves rather than tight curls, you would expect a thermal perm. Clearly, this salon lacks this technique. I thought, "Okay, perhaps a different way might yield a similar result which it didn’t". I kept checking with the hairstylist at the beginning and halfway through to ensure at least the outcome wouldn’t be what I didn’t want. He assured me, but in the end, I looked like a tousled poodle.  Confidence and convincing customers they’ve received what they asked for seem to be most important skill in the hairdressing industry. It seems they were really keen to take my money by promising skills they didn’t have. I can handle a coffee shop running out of latte and offering an espresso instead, but not being told ‘no problem’ and then being served orange juice, with them insisting I would like it. That's a scam.  Lastly, this store does not accept card payments, and both the owner and staff seem unfamiliar with electronic transfers. Remember to add spaces around the ‘&’ when entering the transfer recipient’s name.​

The stylist was lovely and did my hair exactly how I asked. They were very sweet whilst I was stressed out as I don’t like getting my hair done and gave me a free treatment. The cut is gorgeous and it was great value

This was my best experience of a salon yet! I am not a "girly girl" and the salon is not my natural environment but they really put me at ease. Mark highlighted, cut and straightened my super long, poorly coloured hair that had box dye and a failed dye job over it and was in poor condition. They gave me a keratin treatment first and then oh-so-many foils before taking the time to trim, blow dry, treat and straighten to perfection. Mark was a perfectionist and an artist and he really worked at it until it was beautiful, even staying open until 7 to get it just right. It looks amazing and considering what he had to work with I am stunned. Thank you so much Mark and i will be back for more of your great sense of humour and your skills!! Many many thanks

I highly recommend this salon to anyone who is looking for one! I went in for my first colour and they were incredibly professional and took their time to make sure each section was perfect. They made me feel at ease and took great care in looking after me during the treatment. I am in love with my new hair and will definitely be going back in the future.
