Always very good, very rarely have had any issues and I've been going here since I moved to Leeds three years ago. I recently moved to the city centre and tried a couple of places there but I've ended up coming straight back here as their prices are so competitive and services are fantastic. I love the new decor - the new logo is gorgeous; I want one of the hoodies! Nails are always gorgeous and they're lasting longer I've noticed too - not too sure if it's better products or staff getting even better as they go, but I really appreciate it. Picture of today's nails included!

Started my biab journey with my nails here after being recommended by a friend. Lauren has been unreal at doing my nails and ive gone to her for every set and shes knocked it out of the park each time. Very affordable too, super happy and a repeat customer.

The staff are absolutely lovely and always do a fantastic job. Sign up to their mailing list and you receive great offers every month! Shellac nails for £13.50 - you won’t find them cheaper anywhere else, it’s almost too good to be true but I promise it’s not, they even give you a lovely hand massage at the end.

I went here for a spray tan.  The girl who did it was lovely and made me feel completely comfortable.  Unfortunately, the spray tan itself wasn't very good.  The coverage was really poor, and my lower legs were extremely patchy which was the part of me that was most on show!! so I think she just didn't take the care to make sure I was fully covered.  I won't be back which is a shame, as she was really nice.

I have a sunbed course so have been a few times now. Sunbed course was excellent value for money, the staff are always presentable and friendly, the shop is always clean. Great little extras in the sunbed room like male and female deodorant, baby wipes and moisturiser which just makes the experience that little bit nicer and easier. Would recommend 100%!!

I'm sad to be writing this review as I've used coco for some time now and spend a lot of money on treatments only to feel rushed and uncomfortable lately. I can walk in for my appointment and not one member of staff will attend to me, leaving me waiting for a period of time stood feeling like a spare part.  The worst part about it is staff talking badly about other customers and even each other when other members of staff are off for the day. This makes me feel very uncomfortable and is extremely unprofessional behaviour. I've no idea what's happening to this place but it's not how it used to be. I've spent a lot of money on different treatments over the past few years but unfortunately don't feel comfortable anymore

An excellent experience with fantastic staff.  They managed to fit me in at ridiculously short notice, despite them being fully booked.  A fantastic service was provided with very friendly staff and an excellent wax!  Great value for money and even provide student discount  Would definitely recommend and will be going again!

Visited the salon today for an LVL lash lift and I am overwhelmed at the result! They did an amazing job. The salon is lovely and the team are all very friendly. I'll definitely be back!
