I have had the pleasure of working with Andrea for a few months as I recovered from an achilles tendon tear and she has been absolutely fantastic! I always felt that I was in very safe hands, Andrea is very knowledgable, immediately makes you feel confident in her, makes sessions fun and really gets the most out of them. I've made a really good recovery and a huge part of that is down to working with Andrea!
Andrea! Andrea! Andrea! Let me start off by saying before I met her I couldn't even sit in the back seat of a car, in a theater or an airplane without ample leg room. My first appointment with Andrea, I needed to fix my knees so I wouldn't be in pain when I sit or even sleep sometimes. I walked in her office, took off my shoes, made a few movements and Andrea was able to inform me of what is happening to my knees. She then started to give me several stretches that would help me get rid of the pain, I turned to her and said "When will I have time to do all these stretches?" Andrea easily gave me examples of when and where I could stretch making it part of my day to day routine. Andrea's knowledge and the way she broke it down made me know she is an expert on the body! I have now seen Andrea for my knees and my right shoulder and I no longer live in pain. If you're in pain, go and have the Andrea Experience.....You're Welcome.
How does she do it? It always amazes me, that no matter how knotted, broken, beat up I could feel, in pain and frustration; after a session with Andrea, her incredible ability to get right to the source of discomfort and pain and offer lasting therapeutic ease and pain release and then couple that with her exuberant and engaging personality: she never fails to lift me - I guarantee you will leave her clinic feeling like a new person in a physical and emotional level! Truly gifted in what she does and can achieve for you!
