Fab service from initial quote stage to the work completed- the gent who did the quote wasn’t pushy and I had more done than he advised. I thought the price was excellent for the amount of work involved.

3 lovely gents turned up on a extremely cold and snowy morning - completed the work to a very high standard and I’m so impressed with the amount of space I now have in my loft.

We are very grateful to the team at Instaloft who managed to find time between our completion and house move to get our attic boarded after we were let down by a rival firm. They had excellent communication throughout. The quote process and inspection was very thorough and we were given lots of choices with advice rather than sales patter.

The fitters were fast, professional and respectful of our new house (they brought dust sheets with them, laid them out well and took their shoes off). The system is really sturdy and most improtantly leaves a good air gap between insulation and flooring. The enlarged loft hatch makes getting into the loft so much easier. The light is nice and bright and the switch is easy to reach before you climb up through the hatch. The ladder supplied is securely mounted and the clips make it really easy to extend. It has made access to the loft much easier.

We're really impressed by the company and will be recommending them to friends and colleagues.

Great job and fast. They were happy to change the ladder direction from what I originally chose after long day of working.
