I visited the showroom in order to make an appointment for someone to give me a quote for replacement doors and windows. The woman working in the shop was clearly not interested in getting all the details and I felt she couldn’t get me out of there quick enough. She took my mobile number and said that she would call me with an appointment. Two weeks later I still hadn’t heard anything so called again. She finally got back to me with a date and time but nobody turned up. To be perfectly honest I couldn’t be bothered to call them again. They clearly don’t need the business and I would rather have the work completed by a professional company.
Ordered 2 bathroom windows 'like for like'. Very competitive quote. Work was very professional and tidy. The team came on time firstly to measure and quote and then the fitting was done when agreed. I will use them again.
I have had three small windows and a bay window fitted by Stuart and Ben, excellent work and very pleased, always tidy up and very pleasant people.
Fantastic service! I made an initial enquiry with many companies for two composite doors, and found R and S Windows to be the best value. I spoke to a very helpful representative, and made the booking shortly after. The doors were fitted by two guys who couldn't be faulted in any way. Both were very friendly, polite, and did an absolutely fantastic job, and they cleaned up after their selves!! Any queries I had along the way were easily sorted, and assured. Absolutely over the moon with the results!
Really fab job what you did fitting the nice door . They cleaned any mess up they are nice gentlemen good price xx.

Want to say a big thank you to the team at R and S windows. Stuart and Ben have been great throughout the whole process of installing new windows and doors to our house. We really appreciated the "no mess" quote, unlike other companies who try oversell and use pressure tactics, Stuart was straight up and gave us a quote very quickly with no need for selling tactics. The team were able to start the work a lot quicker than some of the other companies, and Karen always kept us up to date with everythign going on, such as when the supplier would deliver the products and when they could start installation. Stuart helped us work out what windows would be suitable for our house and consider ideas that we would never have though of. During the actual installation Stuart and Ben were very efficient which can only come from years of experience, there was minimal disruption which was much appreciated as we work from home, and any challenges they came up against they solved very quickly and kept us informed/involved. The windows and doors look great, we're really happy with the work and would definitely recommend R and S windows to friends and family. Thank you again for the great work.
Very satisfied customer that has used R&S for several jobs. They have completely replaced windows and doors for us, they have fitted gutters and soffits etc all of which has been to a very high standard and service. More recently we have had them help replace 2 separate misted windows from our older conservatory. Both times they measure up in minutes.... Are back within a week or so and again the job is done.... As good as new in no time at all. I highly recommend them for their service and products supplied.
Stuart and Ben are two friendly guys who are professional and extremely efficient. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Very hard working and their prices are very competitive. They have completed several jobs for us including a new porch and replacement windows throughout the property. We wouldn’t hesitate in using them again. Would highly recommend R & S Windows. Brilliant service from start to finish.
