Food was the worst I have had. And I love food especially eating out. 1. Food said would be here by 645. Did not arrive until 7.25 2. Spring Rolls. Pastry Not fried enough, very little filling and soggy 3. Chicken wings dry and tasteless. Looks nothing like the photo. 4. Noodles. You can't get chow main wrong,but this place certainly did. No flavour, cold and dry Overall false advertising of delivery. 45mins turned to 90mins
Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE delivery guy. He couldn't find my place, even though I've ordered over 200 times from Uber Eats using this address, including 50 orders with their own delivery drivers and 5+ orders from this specific restaurant. This is the first time I've encountered such an incapable delivery person. He was also impolite, hanging up on me twice while I was giving him directions, and complained sarcastically about me sitting in my room instead of going outside to look for him. His communication skills were lacking too. Initially, I asked if he was at the barrier, but he said no and claimed to be at the main entrance of the university with two roundabouts. I then instructed him to search for my flat's name on his phone, since the main entrance is 1 km away. That's when he hung up for the first time. Oddly enough, when he finally found me, he denied mentioning the roundabouts and didn't recall my question about the barrier, complaining that I wasn't listening to him even though I heard every word clearly. While I was WAITING for him OUTSIDE my room, I called the restaurant to inform them of the situation, but they offered no apologies and only argued that it was reasonable for the delivery guy to lose his way as if he's a genius, I know. Eventually, and quite suspiciously, he said he was in the parking area, which is only 30 meters from my place. Assuming he was telling the truth, I still don't understand why he didn't just walk around the building and find the address I provided, just 30 meters away! In the end, I showed him another entrance to my flat and told him he could've informed me he was there, and I would've come out. The sign at this entrance was hard to see at night, but he immediately retorted, "You expected me to see this?" First of all, the entrance I provided, which is my address, is well-lit and easy to spot. Secondly, and most importantly, his actions demonstrated that he has ZERO patience and is extremely LAZY, as he could have simply walked around the building and found my entrance in just 2 minutes! He would have seen the entrance I showed him if he had walked closer. What a truly unforgettable and "amazing" service!
Ordered a delivery via Uber Eats, food arrived to us warm and well packed with the delicate sushi surviving the journey really well. All food was delicious except maybe the chow mein but that is probably due to personal taste. Very nice and would recommend this restaurant for a takeaway.
We got sushi and some other food. Ordered over £100 at about 6 and the food came by 6.30, incredibly fast! Everything was very good to eat, enjoyed it so so much. Would certainly recommend.
Tonight was my first night ordering temaki, nigiri, hosomakiband ramen through ubereats, so I was worried about the conditions the food would arrive in. The guy who delivered was awesome, he seemed so friendly and was a pleasure to meet! The beef miso ramen was actually still hot to the point I needed to let it cool down before I could really enjoy it! I thought all the ingredients worked so well together! The tuna and cucumber temaki was my first time ever trying it and I really enjoyed it! I'm now a fan! It was a lot more tuna than I originally thought was in there so that was a nice surprise! I ordered 2 sets of cucumber hosomaki and I knew I was gonna like it, I am glad I ordered 2 lots cos omg it was so good! The egg omelette nigiri was so nice! The egg was juicy and thick which I really enjoyed! I really enjoyed the tuna nigiri, the tuna was soft so I didn't have any issues with it! I was very impressed with the packaging as the meal came in 4 bags in total, the ramen was in 2 bags and the nigiri, hosomaki and temaki came in another 2 bags, in 1 container they put the tuna and cucumber temaki with the tuna nigiri and in another container they placed the cucumber hosomaki in with the egg nigiri and honestly with how well it was all packaged made me like it! I'm big on presentation and flavours and this place honestly ticked everything! I live around 5 to 6 miles from the restaurant which is why I was worried about the ramen but when I opened it up to see how it looked, it was still steaming hot! I was surprised on the 3 packs of chopsticks and 4 packs of soy sauce I got! Didn't even need the fork I grabbed for the ramen! Overall I really enjoyed it and the wait was definitely worth it! I need to visit them in person next time! My rating for this place is 10/10 definitely worth every penny!
First time customer of this restaurant. Huge sushi fan and I’m quite fussy but this was fabulous. Ordered easily and delivered in well packaged boxes that kept the presentation of the dishes as you’d expect. Tasty, fresh and big portions. I shall return! Thank you.
Been a loyal customer of this restaurant for years. Had a few minor hiccups with orders along the way, but they always get things resolved and look after their customers. The food is always great, and the chef knows how to cook sushi rice properly unlike another sushi place locally I have stopped ordering from because it's 50/50 whether your sushi will come with mushy overcooked rice.
First time ordering from here so I didn't know what expect. Honestly... the best sushi I've had in North West London by far!!!Food: 5/5
I’ve ordered sushi from Inso Pan on many occasions now and it’s always fresh and really tasty. Definately the nicest sushi I’ve had and my go to for great sushi.
Ordered food for dinner today via deliveroo, and it arrived exactly on the time that was stated. Dishes were packaged well and tasted really clean, with fresh and high quality ingredients. Not a single item was missing with loads of extras provided for the duck pancakes and pad Thai. Only slight downside was the chow mein being a little underseasoned, maybe if they can offer levels of spice in the app, if it’s possible. Will definitely be ordering again!
