This day was amazing from start to finish! It was so nice to be around like minded women and have the chance to learn so many new tips and advice to take away with me. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. I came away from this wellness day so refreshed and recharged. I was on such a high! Can't wait to do my next one.

I had the BEST time at the Inner Glow Wellness Day. There were so many activities and I had so much fun all day. It was lovely to be surrounded by like minded people, all there to better themselves. I couldn't recommend booking on to one enough. I felt so refreshed and recharged.

I’ve been to a couple of Rachel’s wellness days now after attending her amazing meditation classes and they are not to be missed. She always mixes up the timetable with fresh new ideas and new things to try. All session leaders and stall holders are super lovely people handpicked by Rachel who add to the chilled vibe of the day and keep you feeling your best self. They’re super affordable and a great way to meet likeminded people and explore new wellness techniques & exercises.

I have attended both events and absolutely LOVED them! Rach is such an amazing host and always has the best team put together. A great day meeting like minded people, there is something for everyone. Would highly recommend! Cannot wait for the next event

The Inner Glow Wellness Retreat was absolutely incredible! My friends & I enjoyed every part of the day. Loved the variety of fitness classes, self love meditations and work shops! Perfectly organised.. we can’t wait for the next one!

Nothing but positive things to say, positive vibes all round - literally!! This was the first wellness day I’ve been to and it’s safe to say it was everything and more I could have hoped for. The venue was made up beautifully for the day and set in a stunning location. From start to finish the day was so wholesome, with a warm welcome from the host on arrival to her closing the day with such a touching guided mediation for everyone that really ended the day on such a loving note. I have benefitted so much from a multitude of the activities that were held throughout the day, and really learnt and taken away some practises that have changed my way of thinking since, genuinely feeling so much peace in my life since this day. And I also made some friends for life which is a beautiful bonus! If you’re looking for a wellness day to feel empowered, feel your best highest self, come back home to yourself and connect with likeminded souls then this is for you. Cannot recommend enough. Cannot wait for inner glows next wellness day and what’s to come!

Absolutely loved attending the wellness days with Rachel, and reading for the attendees. Such an amazing event to be a part of and great value for anyone thinking of attending - you get such a lot for the money you pay!
