Probably my fault for wanting to believe their own website. Great layout, easy to navigate and create designs. Unbelievable shipping times quoted, what’s not to like? My first order took 13 days to appear, with two excuses for delays. My second is now on day 25 with no update. Yes, 25 days. Granted over Christmas, (and yet ordered 10 days prior) but still utterly ridiculous. Now been told a printing error, which seems to be the go to excuse. Not hopeful for it this week either so potentially a whole month. Third order is now on day 5 but I’m comfortably prepared for this to either double or triple. Result is very damaging to a small business. The delays cost me time and money. On the flip side the quality is good. Inkthreadable, either change your wildly optimistic delivery times or hire more staff. Very disappointed. If you’re looking for a supplier to produce for your small business I would look elsewhere.

We've been very happy with the standard of the printing on our orders. We have also been very happy with our recent communications with Liam about the quality of our images. He was very patient and helpful in helping us to resolve some problems (of our own making!) we were having. Made 4 orders with these guys not one of them was on time or right my last order is still to be corrected and replaced which was ordered at the rand of February. I now have a pile of sweat shirts with print errors that are useless and it’s still not right ended up getting refunded complete waste of my time.
