Eaten here many times and had a mixture of very good and poorer meals. I think it depends on when you visit. I have had more good than bad and often you get a nice selection. I do tend to now visit on days when I can use my taste card and get 50% off the food to make it better value for money.
The Print Room is certainly an interesting place to eat with unusual decor and a nice ambience. The food is pretty reasonable, but in my experience not totally worth the price. Going for a cheaper lunch rather than push the boat out dinner would be better value.
Food was not what you expected for the price. Band sounded awful and not playing the kind of music you want played at a meal. If you charge over £30 for a bottle of red wine you do not expect it to be cold. Second bad meal here I must be a fool for going back.
It was a lovely place for a cream tea but sadly it recently closed
