A really disappointing experience on 23rd December being served raw Chicken Tikka. The Duck Anjeeri curry here has been a favourite of mine for many years and I have always held Indian Zest in high regard, however this experience has really put me off and I will sadly not be returning - I do not believe I should have to check if my chicken is cooked at a restaurant. We were given a couple of extra free side dishes with our mains as a gesture which was appreciated but I write this review in the hope the restaurant owners/management will take this seriously and make improvements where needed.
Good vibe for Indian food, and the food here is nice. I like the marrow with lamb, it’s a good pairing with naan and basmati rice. To be honest, I’m not into basmati rice, but I enjoy the rice here. The samosa is not my preferable, but still I say it’s something enjoyable.
We had a meal on the sat 24th Jan. Had a cosy little table for 5. I like the layout of the restaurant. The staff were very attentive and looked after us the whole time we were there with the drinks and food. I thought the food was great, alot of dishes weren't on your normal curry menu or if they were had their own small twists making them original to this restaurant. I liked the plates the food was served in and it was very well proportioned. Every one has something slightly different, one of the party had the Indian tapas option that looked insane. All the food was tasty and not one of our groups seems disappointed with they had eaten. Would recommend this restaurant highly
Amazing Indian dishes. We had the Goan prawn, butter chicken and a couple of other dishes. All were to die for. The service is exceptional too…food arrives quickly, hot and presented so nicely. 5 stars!
One of the best Indian restaurant in Sunbury, good location plenty of parking and great food. Very delicious and lovely.
