Had an issue, but was fully resolved by management
Walked in to the showroom today with no expectations. Found the perfect outdoor furniture with the help of Michael and his colleague - none of the ‘sales talk’ or any pressure to buy. They even helped us arrange some cushions that were to our liking. We left very happy customers. Will definitely recommend a visit.
I had the most delightful experience with Indian Ocean! The team are extremely knowledgeable & helpful. I was blown away by the beautiful collections. If you’re looking for luxury this is the place to go!
Good store, they have a great range of garden furniture. The staff are always happy to help, but also happy for you to look around at your own leisure. The prices are a bit expensive but it's worth it for the quality.
Didn’t hate the website - just expected to see more furniture options than what is on the page. Will return at a later date to see if any additions have been added.
Great shop with lovely outdoor furniture "roomset" displays to gain I spiration and admire.... Unfortunately a hellova expensive, but there are some bits within range - well worth a visit and staff are friendly and accommodating.
Has a awful employee has been asked nicely not to park obstructing a drive way now does it all the time on purpose to antagonise a disabled person
