Very disappointed. Was told 1hour for delivery. After 1.5 hours nothing so i called. Was told they were very busy and short staffed so to go and collect and was given £5 off. Got home with stone cold food and half the order wrong. In fact our desserts were hotter than the main meal! When i called back to complain, after much deliberation all the could offer was £5 off my next order, which i will not be placing!

Food was cold. Was missing an item. When phoned to ask them where it is they said I can have it without charge next time which made no sense as I had paid for it this time. They then hung up on me. Robbers!!!!!

We have been customers almost since they opened. Food is excellent and arrives hot without the need to use the microwave to warm it up. Staff are polite, friendly and helpful, and they have always delivered within the stated time. Highly recommend.
